Nose

The first approach to the nose is round, sweet and balanced. We feel buttery almond, floral and fruity notes as citrus and white peach come at the end

Palate

The mouth is mineral and fresh, it reveals exotic notes. The tasting is extended by a pleasant freshness to finish on mineral limestone. Lively and fruity balance with the right touch of freshness

Accomplished as aperitif but also with schrimps, shellfish or white meat
