Description
Few words from the winemaker
“My favourite, created by my father after planting the first vines of Chardonnay in the year 1977. The plantations mature and the wine gains finesse…”
Nose
A fresh attack with lemon and citrus which succeeds a lowered dimension, mint, fennel, highlighted by a creamy shade. Intense with aromas of dried fruit mingling with white-fleshed fruits
Palate
The palate is lively, silky with a good length with notes of violet. Brioche and minerality, a persistent, crisp and elegant finish
Food pairing
For a tonal agreement, it can accompany a lemon meringue pie. For a more mixed agreement, some will taste it on a Bourguignon with prunes or Thai cuisine. It also can be enjoyed with fish, seafood or oysters
